Introduction to Survival Intelligence Course (One day) NZ$125 per person
The Rewild to Survive Introduction to Survival Intelligence course is for everyone, ages 18 and up. Learn the essentials of the survival mindset. Learn about what it takes to survive the rough times, whether in the wilderness or in civilisation. Learn what to do and what not to do from past survival stories. Learn the basics of wilderness survival:
The survival mentality and survivor personality
Applying the survival mentality to situations in both the wilderness and civilisation
How to become more comfortable in the wilderness
How to avoid survival situations
Putting your fears in perspective
Decision-making to increase your chances of survival and being rescued
Finding and filtering water
Emergency shelters
Fire-making (including how to use a bow drill)
Navigation basics
Foraging
Traps and snares
Facing societal collapse, ecological collapse and natural disasters
Gain a greater understanding of the natural world. Learn how to prepare for climate change and various collapse scenarios. These skills will increase your confidence in facing all of life's challenges.
Most important, learn how to increase your survival intelligence and apply it to your regular life. All of us can benefit from greater awareness, self-discipline and healthy daily practices.

This course will be fully outdoors no matter what the weather. This one-day course is not overly physically-demanding, but it will be intellectually challenging. We will cover a lot of information!

Location: inside Hunua Regional Park (exact location will be emailed to you)
Arrive at least 15 minutes before – we will start at 9:00.
